• Event User: Access to view and RSVP to events
• Full Member: Complete access including messaging, galleries, chat, and live streaming

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Code of Conduct

As a member, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and dignity
• Obtain consent before engaging in any activities
• Respect the privacy of other members
• Not share screenshots or information about other members outside the platform
• Not harass, stalk, or threaten other members
• Not post illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content

6. Content Guidelines

You are responsible for all content you post. You agree not to post content that:

• Contains nudity or sexual content involving minors
• Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening

7. Event Participation

When attending Cherry Lounge events:

• You must follow all venue rules and guidelines
• Photography policies will be communicated at each event
• The club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone
• Event fees may be non-refundable; check individual event policies

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• The identity of other members
• Any information shared within the community
• Event locations and details

Violation of confidentiality is grounds for immediate termination.

9. Intellectual Property

The Cherry Lounge name, logo, and website content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use these without our express written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct harmful to other members or the community
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Any reason at our discretion

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cherry Lounge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of member profiles or the conduct of other members.

12. Limitation of Liability

Cherry Lounge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other members.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cherry Lounge and its operators from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
